Romanek Tihamer is Hungary’s most famous instrument maker. He builds classical guitars and reproduces historical stringed instruments. His work is recognized all over Europe and many famous guitarists play his instruments.
This guitar is really unique and you can find on it many innovative approaches to improve the sound quality.
It has a spruce top and cherry wood back and sides. The scale length is 650 mm and the nut width is 52 mm.
The oval shaped body, as well as the bridge split in the middle and beautifully shaped are elements that Romanek Tihamer has incorporated to improve the sound of this unique instrument.
The sound of the guitar is powerful, loud and the guitar responds very nicely to the player’s touch. It has a nice bouncy response and gives a feeling of lightness.
The tone of this fantastic guitar has a great richness of a variety of timbres and great harmonic quality. The notes blend together beautifully while still maintaining their clarity and separation. When playing the guitar, you get the feeling that it vibrates against the player’s body in a very deep way.
The guitar is in good used condition with some signs of use.
