Sound Description, Playability, and Materials
The Martin 0-21 delivers a warm, balanced tone with crystal-clear highs and deep, resonant bass. It’s celebrated for its projection and exceptional tonal nuance, making it a favorite among fingerstyle players and singer-songwriters alike.
The body features premium rosewood for the back and sides, paired with a finely grained Adirondack spruce top that enhances its rich sound. A mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard provide a smooth and comfortable playing experience. With a nut width of 47.6 mm and action at the 12th fret of 2.2 mm (E) and 1.7 mm (e), this guitar plays extremly nice.
Condition and Originality
This guitar has been restrored. Several cracks on top, back and sides have been professionally repaired. It has received a new bridge and an overspray (seems to be an old one as it already shows the typical vintage finish crazing). This having said, it is impportant to understand, that this guitar is more of a player style vintage instrument. We offer it for a fraction of its market price to reflect all this.
A Must-Have for Players
This 1925 Martin 0-21 is a true Player and a dream for any musician seeking an instrument with history, charm, and unmatched tone. An inspiring and exceptional guitar that’s sure to captivate!
