A real special offer … This guitar was built by Margarete Brunswicker. She is the first German woman to become a master guitar builder.
Out of love for playing the guitar and the enthusiasm for different sounds she came to guitar building. When she made her training as a guitar builder in Erlangen, this profession was still a pure male job.
By first-class quality and love to the detail, she could assert herself successfully in the world of the guitar builders and runs today very successfully with her husband a workshop in Frankfurt am Main.
There they produce annually 12 – 15 guitars in finest manual work. The production of one instrument takes about 6 weeks. The order books are full, the guitars are in great demand and anyone looking for a guitar like this in the shops today has to reckon with around 5000 €.
The best materials were used for this instrument. Very nice spruce for the top and optically outstanding maple for back and sides.
The transition between neck and head plate is also wonderfully finished … to name just one example of the attention to detail with which this piece was made.
The guitar has a scale of 652 mm and a nut width of 52 mm.
The action is pleasantly low and the guitar plays very easily. In terms of sound, the demanding guitarist gets an instrument that fulfils all his wishes and dreams.
The tone brings out the most beautiful timbres and is also loud and assertive – without being aggressive.
The guitar comes additionally with a very noble and high-quality guitar case.
