A great handmade flamenca negra from the young Luthier José Antonio Gomez Fernandez – amazing sound!
José Antonio Gomez Fernandez is a young luthier building guitars in Huelva (South Spain).
On our last trip to Spain we had the chance to try this guitar made by him.
We were so amazed by the great sound quality of that guitar, that we decided to take it into our program and offer it in our shop.
This guitar is entirely handmade and great materials has been used for it.
It has a fine spruce top and beautiful Indian rosewood back and sides.
The scale length is 658 mm and the nut wdth is 52 mm.
The tuners are high quality fine tuning pegs from Wittner (Made in Germany).
The sound of this guitar is astonishingly loud. It is beautifully balanced and has the clearity of a rosewood guitar combined with the explosive flamenco sound, which comes from the perfect construction of the spruce top.
The guitar is in a good condition with just a small amount of play wear.
It is perfectly adjusted, with a low action and a straight neck.
It comes with a hard case.
