Gustav Dahms blazon style guitar from 1925 – very high quality built and exceptionally good sounding master guitar in Viennese style. Dahms was a guitar maker in the workshop of Hermann Hauser I.
Gustav Dahms came from Munich and was a guitar maker.
Guitars under his own label are very rare, as Gustav Dahms was the leading guitar maker in the workshop of Herman Hauser I and guitars built by him were therefore sold under the Hauser label.
His instruments are prized because they are built to a very high standard of craftsmanship.
This blazon style guitar from 1925 is a splendid example of Dahm’s craftsmanship. The guitar has a fine spruce top and finest birdseye maple for back and sides. The woods are of first class quality.
The scale length of the guitar is 645 mm and the nut width is 45 mm.
