Sixty years ago, Gretsch introduced the Chet Atkins Tennessean.
It was the high end guitar at that time and Chet Atkins used it as his main studio guitar. George Harrison also played a 1962 Tennessean, which is exactly the same style like our guitar. The George Harrison Tennessean was sold in 2015 for 179200 USD.
This guitar modell is perhaps the most famous from Gretsch and it is played by many musicians until today.

According to the serial number it is from 1964.

The guitar is in a wonderful vintage condition and has a great vintage look. It plays great and is perfectly adjusted. It has a beautiful feeling and a great sound.
