Description

Gibson Hummingbird 1967 – a rare beauty because it is one of the rare Hummingbird’s in natural finish!

It is a lovely guitar that has aged gorgeously. The beautiful honey colored spruce top and the decent finish crazing make the guitar a vintage beauty. The neckreset and the re-fretting (PLEK job included) make the guitar play extremly well. The sound of the instrument is absolutely awesome and hard to describe.
The combination of all these features makes this guitar a dream instrument – this is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to get a fabulous Hummingbird!

The Gibson Hummingbird is one of the most famous among all Gibson models – the list of the famous players ranges from Bob Dylan to Keith Richards to Mick Jagger – the Hummingbird has an iconic status among acoustic guitars and it is probably the most beautiful of the Gibson models.

This one sounds very open and warm – a great vintage sound! It also has a nice atack, good basses but not muddy at all. Truly one of the best-sounding Gibson dreadnought guitars we heard! Its a guitar with character and history – just amazing!

This Hummingbird is in great condtion and all original. It has 2 small cracks on the back repaired. It plays great with a low action (2.3 mm E and 1.8 mm e at the 12th fret) and a straight neck.

The guitar comes with the original Gibson case!
