Description
Beautiful 1947 Gibson ES-300 – Archtop acoustic-electric guitar in excellent condition for the age. 17″ non-cutaway body with birdseye maple and arched solid spruce top, Gibson’s Es-300 was the top of the line guitar and the first acoustic-electric guitar with pickups that had adjustable pickup poles.
The guitar leaves a good and original impression. The frets are still in good condition, the large 2-piece flamed maple neck is comfortable to play and the large 17″ body has a great, full and warm sound. Great action and also excellent amplified sound!
Of course there are traces of play and use and it cannot be 100% guaranteed that the varnish is original. The binding on the headstock is damaged and partly rubbed off. Nevertheless, the overall appearance of this guitar is very good!
The guitar comes with the original hard shell case.
