Gerhard Schnabl is one of the most experienced guitar builders in Germany. He represents a consistently classical style of building, which is characterised by extraordinary quality of workmanship, aesthetic design, noble materials and a special sound philosophy.
This exceptionally well-built guitar is from 2000 and has a fine spruce top and high-quality rosewood back and sides. The scale length is 650 mm and the nut width 52 mm.
The guitar is a Torres model and has an elevated fingerboard, which makes it easier to play in the higher registers. It also has an individually adjustable bridge inlay.
Sound-wise, this fine guitar is a special one. It impresses with a particular clarity of sound. An enormous volume and a long-lasting sustain make it a concert-ready instrument of the highest class.
It has a fast response and an even tonal balance over the entire fingerboard as well as excellent projection.
The tone woods and all materials used are of the highest quality and make the instrument an absolute delight.
The guitar is in good condition with the usual signs of playing. It comes with the original case.
