Martin D-28 1973 – The D-28 is the most famous dreadnought guitar of all times. Who of the famous musicians did not play it?
The D-28 is the prime example of a 14-fret dreadnought and the construction basis for most dreadnoughts on the market. The combination of solid spruce and rosewood is a favorite among recording technicians, as the soundscape is naturally balanced with tight basses and present trebles and it is suitable for many modern styles.
This guitar offered here is from the 70’s and has the incomparable vintage sound, which in addition to the huge basses brings this great warm nuance in the tone that can only be found on guitars with matured woods. It has an incredibly huge and room filling sound. It is a real pleasure to play this guitar.
The guitar is a player and it has all kind of wear from use and play and also some cracks repaired. It has been checked by our luthier and all repairs are well and it has received a nice setup.
