Description
This Gibson LG-3 from the early 50’s is as sweet sounding as they come! An intimate, harmonically rich acoustic guitar, with a ton of vibe and a great “opened-up” tone as well as excellent playability.
This nice guitar solid spruce and mahogany construction, with a nicely aged warm natural finish, a mahogany neck topped with a rosewood fingerboard, a rosewood bridge. It has the original Kluson tuners too.
This guitar is in a bit rough shape, with a lot of wear from play and use and a good amount of cracks all around. Everything is solid and the guitar is definitelly ready for the next stage – don’t forget, the beaten up guitars are the good sounding ones!
The guitar boasts excellent play-ability with good angles. Notes just jump off the fingerboard of this one – is a great example of an earlier post-war LG-3!
It comes with the original case.
