Description
Probably the most famous dreadnought guitar ever. Who of the famous musicians did not play it?
The D-35 is the prime example of a 14-fret dreadnought and the construction basis for most dreadnoughts on the market. The combination of solid spruce and rosewood is a favorite among recording technicians, as the soundscape is naturally balanced with tight basses and present trebles and it is suitable for many modern styles.
This guitar offered here is also from the best time of Martin. Here you get the incomparable vintage sound, which in addition to the huge basses brings this great warm nuance in the tone that can only be found on guitars with matured woods.
It has an incredibly huge and room filling sound. It is a real pleasure to play this guitar.
This guitar is in a great condition for its age. It just had the neck and the back of the headstock refinished. This was done because the old finish had been totally gone due to intense playing. The neck has been reset and the frets been replaced.
It plays just wonderful and with great ease.
The guitar comes in a fitting hardcase (not original).
