Die Gitarre ist vom Erstbesitzer und wurde sehr gepflegt und gut behandelt. Sie hat geringe Gebrauchsspuren und ist in einem Topzustand!
Vor einiger Zeit wurde die Halsrückseite professionell nachlackiert.
Der Klang dieser Gitarre ist vollkommen repräsentativ für Ramirez: weich, warm und voller Charme. Die Bässe sind tief und sehr präsent und der Diskant klingt glockenähnlich. Diese Gitarre steht für eine ganze Epoche, und ihr Klang war während mehrerer Jahrzehnte ein Vorbild für zahlreiche Gitarrenbauer.
This guitar was built in the famous Jose Ramirez III workshop, which for over half a century has produced instruments performed on by countless professionals from Sting to Segovia, Chet Atkins to Sabicas and Lee Ritenour to Christopher Parkening.
It is very easy to play, with a lovely neck and easy action, despite the way many of the guitars from this period were set up. The tone is thick yet clear, and has that essential warm, mysterious and moody quality that made Ramirez famous.
Condition is astounding for its age – there is only light wear of use and age. The neck has been professionally refinished at the back. The action is low and it plays and sounds incredible.
I got this one from the first owner who bought it in the Ramirez shop and used it for his studies.
